We recently conducted visits to our farmers across Gabon to better understand their needs, address their concerns regarding current production, and explore ways to further improve their livelihoods.
Our Managing Director had the pleasure of attending Chocoa 2025, a key event in the cocoa industry calendar, which was centered around preparing stakeholders for compliance with the upcoming European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). The event provided valuable insights, meaningful connections, and practical strategies that will support our efforts toward sustainable and traceable cocoa sourcing. The experience was further enriched by participation in the prestigious Dîner du Chocolat, an elegant evening that celebrated innovation, quality, and collaboration within the global cocoa community.
As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening Gabon’s cocoa value chain, Gabon Cacao & Sugar Company is proud to announce the successful delivery of high-quality jute cocoa bags to our network of local farmers. This initiative forms a key component of our broader strategy to enhance post-harvest practices, improve bean preservation, and ensure that every step of the production process meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
